  • A researcher will be informed in writing on 28 February of the year in which his project comes to an end, that a final report and a financial report must be submitted within six months from that date, and that any outstanding amounts to be paid by the PRF will lapse if the requirements are not met. Where research on summer crops are concerned, the researcher will be required to submit a final report and a financial report before the end of the next financial year.
  • 'n Navorser word op 28 Februarie van die finansiële jaar waarin sy projek eindig skriftelik in kennis gestel dat 'n finale en finansiële verslag binne ses maande na die datum van die brief ingedien moet word, en dat enige uitstaande bedrae wat die PNS nog moet betaal sal verval indien daar nie voldoen word aan hierdie vereiste nie. Indien navorsing op somergewasse gedoen word, moet die navorser 'n finale verslag en 'n finansiële verslag indien voor die einde van die volgende finansiële jaar.
