Projects financed

During 2014/2015, the Protein Research Foundation funded 15 research projects (see Annexure I), four (4) less than the previous year. Four (4) of the 15 projects were new, while 11 were continuations of existing projects. A total of 35 funding applications were received. Ten (10) were declined.

Nine (9) projects (see Annexure II) were finalised during the year, but the final reports are expected only in the first half of 2015.

For 2015/2016, the PRF received 20 applications. Six (6) of those were new applications. These applications will be described in the next research report.
